Privacy policy for the website games.realmaker.de

As of: October 2026

In short: This website sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from third-party servers – not even fonts. We count page views with our own statistics on our server, without cookies. Visiting it also creates the technically necessary server log files at our host. The Skybeard app has its own privacy policy.

1. Controller

realmaker® – Michael Rademacher
Hofheimer Straße 31
97437 Haßfurt, Germany
Email: kontakt@realmaker.de · Phone: +49 9521 50 49 822

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Each time you visit, your browser technically transmits data that the web server records in log files: IP address, date and time, requested address, status code, amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer) and browser and operating system.

The purpose is to deliver the website and keep it stable and secure, for example to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in secure operation. Log files are kept only as long as necessary for secure operation and then deleted automatically. We do not combine them with other data.

3. No cookies, no third-party services

We set no cookies and store nothing on your device. There is no advertising, no social media plugins and no embedded content from other providers. Fonts and images are served from our own server. You choose the language with the switch at the top (DE/EN).

4. Visitor statistics

To see which pages are read and how visitors find us, we count page views with our own statistics on our server. No script runs in your browser for this, no cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device. No other providers are involved.

We store: the page visited, date and time, the website you came from (only its name, not the exact page), campaign details in the link (utm parameters), device type, browser and operating system in broad groups, and your browser’s preferred language. If you follow a link to another website – such as the App Store – your browser reports its address to us (HTML attribute “ping”).

To group visits on the same day, we create a checksum (hash) from your IP address, your browser’s identifier and a random daily key. We replace the daily key every day; we do not store your IP address or browser identifier. After that, the checksum can be linked neither to you nor to your device – someone who visits on two days counts as two different visitors for us.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the statistics data after 24 months. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, we do not count your visits; this way you can object to the counting at any time.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details – email address, the content of your message and anything else you include, such as device and operating system version – to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or its preparation is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). We delete your message once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Links to other providers

Links, for example to Apple’s App Store, Google Play or realmaker.de, lead to pages of other controllers. Data is only transferred there once you click such a link; their privacy policies apply.

7. The Skybeard app

What the app processes – including the anonymous game statistics, which are sent to this server only with your consent and without any identifier – is explained in the Skybeard app privacy policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Just write to kontakt@realmaker.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

9. Changes

If the website changes so that other data is processed – for example through a contact form – we will update this policy. The version published here applies.
